Our range of activities has been furtherexpanded since 2003 with the distribution of used machines, and then in 2004 our offer was also expanded with the construction and warehouse technology machines.

The AXIÁL group includes MANAX Ltd., founded in 2001, specializing in machine rental and contract work services, which offers short- and long-term solutions those who do not wish to ensure the efficiency of their work by buying machinery.

AFS, well known as AXIÁL Financial Services became a separate entity in 2007, which has been built on the experience acquired by the credit department of the parent company as an intermediary for financial services. Our expert financial advisors help our business partners by means of loans, leases, insurance, and by pre-financing subsidies with so-called factoring.

In 2007 we also handed over our newly built Alkatrész Logisztikai Központ, which with its dimensions and capacity is one of the largest warehouses in the Hungarian agricultural parts supply, and is currently the site of further developments.

AXIÁL Ltd. has grown into one of the most dynamically developing Hungarian enterprises over the years, and has not only domestic but also foreign interests too. Such as the Slovak HRIADEL' and the Romanian company MUNAX, which carry out similar activities to our business in neighboring countries.

19 AXIÁL Points in Hungary 2023

Our company started its site development program in 2011, in the framework of which it opened a number of new sites and renovated the existing ones, so we can serve the people in each region even more. Along with the Centre in Baja, we are available at 19 AXIÁL Points for our clients.

Around this time, precision farming is becoming more and more important in agriculture, and various automatic steering solutions also appear in our product range. In 2014, we launched our company’s own tool-independent correction signal network under the name mAXI-NET, which allows you to work up to 2-3 cm accurately. In 2018 we moved towards the latest technological solutions with the introduction of the Trimble brand.

In 2013, SAP became an integrated, corporate governance system. In 2015, the merger of the Service and Parts Unit into a common organisation called Customer Service Unit, made it possible for us to operate even more efficiently, more coordinated. In order to reduce environmental impact and to provide faster, more flexible documentation, we introduced e-sheet for repair work in 2018, with which we embarked on the path of digital documentation, in 2020 we switched to electronic invoice management as a continuation of this.

We are very interested in the training of future generations of professionals, the theoretical and practical training of industry professionals. We provide knowledge of the latest machines with our course in machinery management, and we are also in contact with several secondary and higher education institutions in order to share our experience and knowledge base with young people.

On April 12, 2022, in Szekszárd, with the participation of thirteen institutions, the articles of association of the Déli Agrárszakképzési Ágazati Képzőközpont Nonprofit Kft. were signed, which was established on May 1, 2022. AXIÁL Ltd. is one of the institutions that signed the document, thus demonstrating once again our commitment to training.

In 2021, on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the company and the extraordinary support of the health workers during the coronavirus, we organised the 1st AXIÁL Charity Run, which supported the St. Rókus Hospital in Baja, and in 2022, the 2nd AXIÁL Charity Run, which supported the Baja branch of the National Ambulance Service with HUF 5-5 million thanks to the runners' entries and the company's donation.

In August 2021, we inaugurated our renewed Alkatrész Logosztikai Központ at our headquarters, a two billion HUF investment supported by the Ministry of Finance. The aim of the development is to maintain a fast and high-quality service and improve working conditions for employees.
 

At the same time, we have started to pay more and more attention to reducing our carbon footprint, with the installation of a solar panel system at the logistics centre and a solar panel system at the Szekszárd and Kerecsend sites by the end of 2022. The progress cannot be halted. At the close of 2022, we inaugurated our new site in Felsőzsolca and our new workshop in Baja, specifically designed for our mobile service technicians.

In spring 2022, AXIÁL Kft. was named the third largest company in Bács-Kiskun County in the TOP 100 - Economy of Bács-Kiskun County 2021, a publication prepared by the Bács-Kiskun County Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BKMKIK) in cooperation with the National Tax and Customs Office (NAV) and the Central Statistical Office (KSH).

Also around the same time, a cooperation agreement was signed with the Police Headquarters of Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County. The aim of the cooperation is to raise awareness of the need to ensure that agricultural machinery is driven in accordance with the rules when on the roads. In the same publication from 2023, AXIÁL Kft secured the fourth position, and subsequently, in 2024, it once again achieved third place as the third-largest enterprise in Bács-Kiskun County.

In 2022, AXIÁL Kft. founded a new commercial company under the name AgroVario Kft. in partnership with Nothung Zrt. in order to launch the introduction programme of the entire Fendt brand in Hungary.

At the end of 2022, we inaugurated our new site in Felsőzsolca and our new workshop in Baja, designed for our mobile service technicians.
 

The central site of AXIÁL has seen the completion of an innovation investment, resulting in the construction of a unique technological showroom and visitor center for the entire region, located in Baja. Named AXIum, this building will now provide a novel and inspiring environment to showcase the technical innovations in agriculture and modern agricultural machinery trade services to interested visitor groups. The inauguration of the building is expected in 2025.

Strong Manufacturer Relationships and Quality Products in the Portfolio

The AXIÁL-NEXT portfolio will feature the digital services of the manufacturers it represents, including the software and hardware solutions of CLAAS, HORSCH, Landini, and Vervaet, among others. Additionally, it offers solutions for mixed fleets or off-portfolio machine types through brand-independent tools, including products from PTx Trimble. Under the new brand, AXIÁL will also offer its drone product range, showcasing DJI products. Finally, these are complemented by the company's own developed precision farming solutions, such as the mAXI-MAP farm management service software and the mAXI-NET 2.0 correction signal service.
